I was amused and pleased to see that politicians have figured out how great pearls can make them look! Here is Nancy Pelosi, Speaker of the House of Representatives, in a strand of multi-color mixed South Seas Pearls, or what I now refer to as a globalization necklace!
Pelosi has been seen with a double strand of all-black Tahitians, as well as with the traditional "night and day" look: one white strand, one black, worn together. Pearls: the new power symbol!
